About the Encyclopedia of Credit
We have long recognized a need for a comprehensive resource guide
for business credit professionals. The Encyclopedia of Credit was
developed by CMA Business Credit Services for the purpose of providing
fast and easy access to topics that impact the business credit
industry. Topics range from credit & collections, to international
sales, to legal and accounting issues.
CMA has arranged to provide content from such established sources
as the Credit Research Foundation (CRF), the National Association
of Credit Management (NACM),as well as a host of other authors
publishing in the credit field. The objective of each Encyclopedia
page is to present a brief overview of a topic, with links and
references to outside resources that can provide more in-depth
information about the topic.
The Encyclopedia of Credit is a living document that will continue
to be updated and expanded to meet the changing needs of the business
environment. We hope that our colleagues in business credit will
find this to be a useful professional resource for reference, training,
and education. We also encourage everyone to let us know what topics
could be added, expanded, or updated so that we can make the Encyclopedia
of Credit your favorite place to find the information and resources
you are looking for. |
