Denied Parties

Anyone exporting from the U.S. must take care to screen orders and customers against the latest list of specific persons or organizations that have been denied export privileges, in whole or in part, by the appropriate government. Screening can take place at any time - before an order is taken, after an order is received or during fulfillment before an order is shipped. Failure to comply with the US Government's Export Administration Regulations can result in fines, jail sentences, and limitation of export privileges. In addition, knowing that your company - or another company - is in violation of the law is breaking the law, and an individual with this information needs to report the activity or face fines and or jail-time.
