Revocation of an Offer
As it relates to contracts, offers made to do last indefinitely. An offer will be terminated at some point. An offer can be terminated by or if:
- The other party rejects the offer
- The other party makes a counter offer
- The offeror revokes the offer before it is accepted
- The offer is terminated based on a lapse of time provided in the offer for its acceptance.
