Repudiation of Contract
Repudiation occurs when one party to a contract indicates that it has no intention of fulfilling its obligation(s) under the terms of the contract. In the event of a repudiation, the injured party may have the right to damages. The injured party may choose to waive the other party's breach for a variety of business reasons.
