Acceptance of an Offer

In order for the offeree to accept an offer, acceptance must be in the form described in the offer itself.

For example, if the offer states that acceptance can only be made in writing, a telephone call accepting the contract is not necessarily binding.

Also, an offeree cannot accept part of a contract and reject another part.  To accept an offer, the offeree must indicate acceptance of the entire offer according to the terms of the contract offer.
